Students will learn to build advanced 2D games in Scratch with gravity and scrolling backgrounds. We will reproduce popular games such as Flappy Bird and Asteroids. Though it is not necessary, students would benefit from having first completed our Build Games with Scratch course or otherwise have experience building games in Scratch. Students will complete a project of their own creation using the techniques learnt throughout the course.
